INGREDIENTS  
Tomatoes ½ cup
Onions ¼
Green chillies 2 nos
Coriander 3 sprigs
Mint 3 sprigs
Rice stock (starch) 3½ cups
Lime ½ no
Black salt To taste

METHODS
Grind green chillies, coriander and mint along with blanched and peeled tomatoes and chopped onions. Boil this along with 3½ cups of rice stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add black salt to taste and garnish with blanched and chopped cabbage. Add a dash of lime juice before serving.
