METHODS
Grind green chillies, coriander and mint along with blanched
and peeled tomatoes and chopped onions. Boil this along with 3½
cups of rice stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add black salt to taste and
garnish with blanched and chopped cabbage. Add a dash of lime juice before
serving.
